Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow at least 3 days to process your order. You may expect an email within those 3 days to let you know your order is on the way.


STANDARD SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using the best available shipping carrier. We do not ship outside of India at this time.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We do not process refunds or returns and ONLY accept exchanges with respect to sizing, up to 7 days after delivery, subject to the item being unused and in its original condition.

In an event where your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@izaafa.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address such incidents on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
